About Jasmin
Jasmin Peterson was a force.
Jasmin made you want to do more, give more, be more. At work, she launched suicide prevention programs, ran annual food drives, and helped create scholarships for autistic kids. She was an environmentalist in the truest sense, always mindful, always intentional. She handmade gifts, supported women-owned businesses, and never missed a chance to lift others up.
Jasmin died from GIST cancer on November 22, 2024, at just 29. We remember her through the stories we share, the people she touched, and the wild places she loved.
Hike with Jasmin is a place to celebrate her life and keep her memory close.
Each year around her birthday, we gather to hike, share stories, and remember Jasmin. Wherever we walk, we take a little of her with us.
A tradition of remembering
Each year, we come together in nature to celebrate Jasmin’s life. Our annual hikes began in 2025 and continue as a way to stay connected, make memories, and carry her spirit forward.
Jasmin Around the World
We take a few of Jasmin’s ashes to places she would have loved. Her logo marks each of those places on the map—a growing record of the adventures we still share with her.
